### sec.30 Direction to provide specimen of breath at police station This section applies if the rail safety worker is directed under section 28 or 29 to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at a police station. A police officer who carries out a breath analysis on a specimen of breath provided by the rail safety worker at the police station is taken to be an instrument operator for the purposes of this part.
