### sec.3 Definitions In this Act— local regulation ... s 3 def local regulation om 2017 No. 25 s 47 national law means the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) . national regulation means a regulation, or a provision of a regulation, made under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) , section 264 . Rail Safety National Law means the Rail Safety National Law, as in force from time to time, set out in the schedule to the Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012 (SA) . Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) means the provisions applying in this jurisdiction because of section 4 . Terms used in this Act and also in the Rail Safety National Law have the same meanings in this Act as they have in that Law.
