### sec.27 Requirement to submit to breath analysis, saliva analysis or blood test The authorised person who directed the rail safety worker to provide a specimen for preliminary testing may require the worker to submit to— if section 26 (a) or (b) applies—1 or more of the following— a breath analysis under the national law, section 126 ; a saliva analysis under the national law, section 127 ; a blood test under the national law, section 127 ; or if section 26 (c) applies—a blood test under the national law, section 127 . This division applies for the purpose of making the requirement.
