### sec.13 No double jeopardy A person is not liable to be punished for an act or omission that is an offence against the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) if— the act or omission is also an offence against— another law of this jurisdiction; or a law of another participating jurisdiction; and the person has been punished for the offence mentioned in paragraph (a) . See also section 12 for the legal treatment of offences against the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) . - (a) the act or omission is also an offence against— (i) another law of this jurisdiction; or (ii) a law of another participating jurisdiction; and - (i) another law of this jurisdiction; or - (ii) a law of another participating jurisdiction; and - (b) the person has been punished for the offence mentioned in paragraph (a) . - (i) another law of this jurisdiction; or - (ii) a law of another participating jurisdiction; and
