### sec.122 Completion of other investigations This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a rail safety officer was investigating under the repealed Act a notifiable occurrence or other occurrence other than an occurrence to which section 121 of this Act applies, but had not completed the investigation. Despite the repeal of the repealed Act, that Act continues to apply in relation to the investigation. (sec.122-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a rail safety officer was investigating under the repealed Act a notifiable occurrence or other occurrence other than an occurrence to which section 121 of this Act applies, but had not completed the investigation. (sec.122-ssec.2) Despite the repeal of the repealed Act, that Act continues to apply in relation to the investigation.
