### sec.112 Consultation with affected rail transport operators This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— the chief executive had given the applicant for the variation of a condition of an accreditation a direction under the repealed Act, section 119(2) to consult with a rail transport operator; but the applicant had not complied with the direction. The direction is taken to be a direction given by the Regulator to the applicant under the national law, section 66(1) as applied by section 71(2) of that law.
