### sec.101 Compliance with accreditation conditions A person to whom section 97(1) of this Act applies can not be prosecuted for an offence against the national law, section 78 if the act or omission constituting the offence— occurs during the transitional period; and had it occurred before the commencement, would not have constituted an offence against the repealed Act, section 107. In this section— transitional period means the period starting on the commencement and ending 2 years later.
