### sec.10 Industrial relations status of ONRSR
For the purposes of the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) , it is declared that—
ONRSR is not a public sector employer for the purposes of the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) and Other Provisions Act 2009 ; and
it is the intention of the Parliament that ONRSR be a national system employer for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth) .
