### sec.97 Particular lasers— Act , s 210 For section 210 of the Act , a radiation apparatus that is a laser, other than a laser apparatus, is exempt from sections 12 , 13 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 27 and 27A of the Act if the labelling and information requirements for the laser are complied with. In this section— labelling and information requirements , for a laser, means the requirements about labelling and information stated for the laser in clauses 6 and 7 of the laser standard. (sec.97-ssec.1) For section 210 of the Act , a radiation apparatus that is a laser, other than a laser apparatus, is exempt from sections 12 , 13 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 27 and 27A of the Act if the labelling and information requirements for the laser are complied with.
