### sec.65 Authorised persons for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures— Act , s 41 For section 41 (1) of the Act — for a diagnostic procedure stated in schedule 6 , part 1 , column 1, a person stated in schedule 6 , part 1 , column 2 opposite the procedure is an authorised person; or for a therapeutic procedure stated in schedule 6 , part 2 , column 1, a person stated in schedule 6 , part 2 , column 2 opposite the procedure is an authorised person. - (a) for a diagnostic procedure stated in schedule 6 , part 1 , column 1, a person stated in schedule 6 , part 1 , column 2 opposite the procedure is an authorised person; or - (b) for a therapeutic procedure stated in schedule 6 , part 2 , column 1, a person stated in schedule 6 , part 2 , column 2 opposite the procedure is an authorised person.
