### sec.63 Exposure of particular persons to non-ionising radiation during cosmetic procedure— Act , s 42
This section applies if the radiation source for the radiation practice mentioned in section 42 (1) of the Act is a laser apparatus used to carry out a cosmetic procedure.
For section 42 (2) of the Act , the radiation dose limit prescribed for the exposure of a person to non-ionising radiation from the radiation source is the radiation dose resulting from exposure to the maximum permissible exposure values calculated in accordance with Annex A of the laser standard.
(sec.63-ssec.1) This section applies if the radiation source for the radiation practice mentioned in section 42 (1) of the Act is a laser apparatus used to carry out a cosmetic procedure.
(sec.63-ssec.2) For section 42 (2) of the Act , the radiation dose limit prescribed for the exposure of a person to non-ionising radiation from the radiation source is the radiation dose resulting from exposure to the maximum permissible exposure values calculated in accordance with Annex A of the laser standard.
