### sec.56 Exposure of particular persons— Act , ss 37 and 42 This section applies if the radiation source for the radiation practice mentioned in section 37 (1) or 42 (1) of the Act is an ionising radiation source. For sections 37 (2) (c) (i) and 42 (2) of the Act , the radiation dose limits prescribed for the public exposure of a person to ionising radiation from the radiation source are each of the doses stated in schedule 5 , part 3 . (sec.56-ssec.1) This section applies if the radiation source for the radiation practice mentioned in section 37 (1) or 42 (1) of the Act is an ionising radiation source. (sec.56-ssec.2) For sections 37 (2) (c) (i) and 42 (2) of the Act , the radiation dose limits prescribed for the public exposure of a person to ionising radiation from the radiation source are each of the doses stated in schedule 5 , part 3 .
