### sec.35 Security response arrangements— Act , s 34A
For section 34A (5) of the Act , definition security measures , the following measures are prescribed—
the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to a security breach;
the checking of the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to a security breach.
The measure prescribed under subsection (1) (a) includes the following details for each threat level—
the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to each type of security breach;
the process for giving notice of a security breach.
The measure prescribed under subsection (1) (b) includes each of the following details for each type of security breach for each threat level—
the checks to be undertaken to test the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach;
the expected outcome of each check;
the interval at which the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach are to be checked;
how the actual outcome of the checks of the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach is to be recorded;
if the actual outcome of a check of the arrangements, or alternative arrangements, for responding to the security breach is different from the expected outcome—the procedure to be followed to fix the deficiency.
(sec.35-ssec.1) For section 34A (5) of the Act , definition security measures , the following measures are prescribed— the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to a security breach; the checking of the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to a security breach.
(sec.35-ssec.2) The measure prescribed under subsection (1) (a) includes the following details for each threat level— the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to each type of security breach; the process for giving notice of a security breach.
(sec.35-ssec.3) The measure prescribed under subsection (1) (b) includes each of the following details for each type of security breach for each threat level— the checks to be undertaken to test the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach; the expected outcome of each check; the interval at which the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach are to be checked; how the actual outcome of the checks of the arrangements, and alternative arrangements, developed for responding to the security breach is to be recorded; if the actual outcome of a check of the arrangements, or alternative arrangements, for responding to the security breach is different from the expected outcome—the procedure to be followed to fix the deficiency.
