### sec.24 Diagnostic or therapeutic procedure involving irradiation of person— Act , s 28 This section applies in relation to a radiation practice if the radiation practice involves the use of a radioactive substance to carry out a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure involving the irradiation of a person as the treated person. For section 28 (6) of the Act , definition radiation safety and protection measures , the measure prescribed is the provision of guidance to the treated person about the duration of the procedure. (sec.24-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a radiation practice if the radiation practice involves the use of a radioactive substance to carry out a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure involving the irradiation of a person as the treated person. (sec.24-ssec.2) For section 28 (6) of the Act , definition radiation safety and protection measures , the measure prescribed is the provision of guidance to the treated person about the duration of the procedure.
