sec.104Refund of fees

### sec.104 Refund of fees This section applies in relation to an application for the grant or renewal of any of the following— a possession licence; a use licence; a transport licence; an accreditation certificate; a radiation safety officer certificate. The chief executive must as soon as practicable refund the fees, other than the application fee, paid on the application if— the chief executive refuses to grant the application; or the applicant withdraws the application before it is decided.
