### sec.91 Effect of suspension or cancellation This section applies if— a person is a radiation safety officer for a radiation practice; and the person’s radiation safety officer certificate is suspended or cancelled by the chief executive. The person’s appointment as a radiation safety officer for the practice is taken to be rescinded. The person must as soon as practicable give written notice of the suspension or cancellation to the possession licensee who appointed the person as a radiation safety officer for the practice. Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —10 penalty units.
