### sec.34L Decision
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must—
endorse the transport security plan with the chief executive’s written approval and give the endorsed plan to the applicant; and
if the applicant is a possession licensee whose security enhanced source is being transported between locations for the licensee’s radiation practice—amend the licensee’s licence to identify the plan and give the amended licence to the applicant.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the application, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice about the decision.

(sec.34L-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must— endorse the transport security plan with the chief executive’s written approval and give the endorsed plan to the applicant; and if the applicant is a possession licensee whose security enhanced source is being transported between locations for the licensee’s radiation practice—amend the licensee’s licence to identify the plan and give the amended licence to the applicant.
(sec.34L-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the application, the chief executive must immediately give the applicant an information notice about the decision.

- (b) if the applicant is a possession licensee whose security enhanced source is being transported between locations for the licensee’s radiation practice—amend the licensee’s licence to identify the plan and give the amended licence to the applicant.
