### sec.34F Obligations in relation to approved security plan—possession licensees
This section applies to a possession licensee who, under the licence, possesses a security enhanced source.
The licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure a person to whom the approved security plan for the source applies—
has always available for inspection a copy of the parts of the plan relevant to the person; and
has undergone the training program mentioned in the plan.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —2,500 penalty units.

(sec.34F-ssec.1) This section applies to a possession licensee who, under the licence, possesses a security enhanced source.
(sec.34F-ssec.2) The licensee must take reasonable steps to ensure a person to whom the approved security plan for the source applies— has always available for inspection a copy of the parts of the plan relevant to the person; and has undergone the training program mentioned in the plan. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —2,500 penalty units.
