### sec.34B Approval of security plan
This section applies if the chief executive issues a possession licence for a security enhanced source.
The chief executive is taken to have approved the security plan identified in the licence.
The chief executive must endorse the plan with the chief executive’s written approval and give the endorsed plan to the possession licensee.
See section 51 (4) (b) , for the requirement for an application for a possession licence for a radiation source that is a security enhanced source to be accompanied by the proposed security plan for the source.

(sec.34B-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive issues a possession licence for a security enhanced source.
(sec.34B-ssec.2) The chief executive is taken to have approved the security plan identified in the licence.
