### sec.29 Approval of radiation safety and protection plan
This section applies if the chief executive issues a possession licence.
The chief executive is taken to have approved the radiation safety and protection plan identified in the licence.
Under section 51 (3) and (4) (a) , an application for a possession licence must be accompanied by the proposed radiation safety and protection plan for the radiation practice for which the applicant wants to possess a radiation source.
The chief executive must endorse the plan with the chief executive’s written approval and give the endorsed plan to the possession licensee.

(sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive issues a possession licence.
(sec.29-ssec.2) The chief executive is taken to have approved the radiation safety and protection plan identified in the licence.
