### sec.27A Person must not abandon radiation source
A person must not abandon a radiation source.
Maximum penalty—2,500 penalty units.
If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may also be subject to personal criminal liability—see sections 205 and 205A .
A person does not contravene subsection (1) if the person disposes of a radiation source under this Act.
