### sec.230 Substances This section applies if— a substance has been taken, seized or obtained by an inspector under the repealed Act; and an analyst has not given a certificate of analysis or test of the substance under that Act. The provisions of the repealed Act relating to the analysis or testing of the substance continue to apply. (sec.230-ssec.1) This section applies if— a substance has been taken, seized or obtained by an inspector under the repealed Act; and an analyst has not given a certificate of analysis or test of the substance under that Act. (sec.230-ssec.2) The provisions of the repealed Act relating to the analysis or testing of the substance continue to apply. - (a) a substance has been taken, seized or obtained by an inspector under the repealed Act; and - (b) an analyst has not given a certificate of analysis or test of the substance under that Act.
