### sec.221 Existing applications for column 1 licences An application for a column 1 licence made under the repealed Act and not decided at the commencement must be decided under this Act. The application is taken to be about the column 2 licence shown opposite the column 1 licence. Subject to subsection (4), the provisions of this Act about issuing licences apply to the application. section 53 (Criteria for applications—possession licences) The provisions of this Act dealing with making the application in the approved form and paying the application fee do not apply to the application.
