### sec.213 Delegation by chief executive
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee or health service employee.
However, the chief executive may not delegate the power to review an original decision under part 10 , division 1 .
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
