### sec.210 Limited exemption for radioactive material and radiation apparatus
Subject to subsection (2) , a regulation may exempt radioactive material or a radiation apparatus from this Act or a provision of this Act.
The exemption must not be one that could reasonably be expected to pose any, or more than negligible, health risks to any person or adverse effects on the environment.

(sec.210-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , a regulation may exempt radioactive material or a radiation apparatus from this Act or a provision of this Act.
(sec.210-ssec.2) The exemption must not be one that could reasonably be expected to pose any, or more than negligible, health risks to any person or adverse effects on the environment.
