### sec.21 Amendment of assessment report—all requirements complied with
This section applies if—
the assessment report states requirements; and
the accredited person is satisfied, within 30 days after giving a copy of the report to the person who asked for the certificate of compliance, all the requirements have been complied with.
The accredited person must—
amend the report to indicate all the requirements have been complied with; and
issue a certificate of compliance for the source or premises.
The accredited person must give the chief executive a copy of the amended report as soon as practicable after the issue of the certificate of compliance, stating the date the certificate was issued.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —50 penalty units.
(sec.21-ssec.1) This section applies if— the assessment report states requirements; and the accredited person is satisfied, within 30 days after giving a copy of the report to the person who asked for the certificate of compliance, all the requirements have been complied with.
(sec.21-ssec.2) The accredited person must— amend the report to indicate all the requirements have been complied with; and issue a certificate of compliance for the source or premises.
