### sec.196 Appointments and authority It is not necessary to prove— the chief executive’s appointment; or the appointment of an inspector or State radiation analyst; or the authority of the chief executive, an inspector or a State radiation analyst to do anything under this Act. - (a) the chief executive’s appointment; or - (b) the appointment of an inspector or State radiation analyst; or - (c) the authority of the chief executive, an inspector or a State radiation analyst to do anything under this Act.
