### sec.182 Review process starts with internal review Subject to this division, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision (the original decision ) may apply for review of the decision under this part. The review must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review under section 183 . To help users of this Act, schedule 1 identifies the decisions for which an information notice must be given under this Act. s 182 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1242 (sec.182-ssec.1) Subject to this division, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision (the original decision ) may apply for review of the decision under this part.
