### sec.180 Giving information to council
This section applies if—
the council asks the chief executive for information the council reasonably believes it needs to perform its functions; and
the information is available to the chief executive; and
the chief executive may give the information to the council without contravening a provision of another Act.
The chief executive must give the information to the council as soon as practicable.
