### sec.171 Time and place of meetings
Council meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides.
However, the chairperson must call a meeting if asked, in writing, to do so by the Minister or at least the number of members forming a quorum for the council.
If the office of chairperson is vacant, subsections (1) and (2) apply in relation to the deputy chairperson as though he or she were the chairperson.
