### sec.128 Waiver of requirement for possession licence or transport licence This section applies if— an inspector seizes a thing under section 125 , 126 or 127 ; and the thing is a radiation source. The inspector is not required to have— an approval to acquire to obtain possession of the thing; or a possession licence for the thing while it is in the possession of the inspector; or if the thing is a radioactive substance—a transport licence for the transport of the thing. (sec.128-ssec.1) This section applies if— an inspector seizes a thing under section 125 , 126 or 127 ; and the thing is a radiation source.
