### sec.103E When chief executive must give a person details of information received about the person
This section applies to information about a person received by the chief executive under sections 103B , 103C or 103D .
Before using the information to make a decision under this Act the chief executive must give written notice to the person stating—
details of the information received; and
that the person may, within a stated period of not less than 28 days, make representations to the chief executive about the information.
However, subsection (2) does not apply if under a law of the Commonwealth—
the person has already been given the opportunity to make representations about the information; or
a decision has been made that the information should not be given to the person because it would be prejudicial to the interests of national security.

(sec.103E-ssec.1) This section applies to information about a person received by the chief executive under sections 103B , 103C or 103D .
(sec.103E-ssec.2) Before using the information to make a decision under this Act the chief executive must give written notice to the person stating— details of the information received; and that the person may, within a stated period of not less than 28 days, make representations to the chief executive about the information.
(sec.103E-ssec.3) However, subsection (2) does not apply if under a law of the Commonwealth— the person has already been given the opportunity to make representations about the information; or a decision has been made that the information should not be given to the person because it would be prejudicial to the interests of national security.
