### sec.10 Meaning of carry out in relation to a radiation practice
Carry out , in relation to a radiation practice, means the actual performance of the practice by an individual.
For subsection (1) , it is immaterial whether the individual is carrying out the practice in the capacity of an agent or employee.
(sec.10-ssec.1) Carry out , in relation to a radiation practice, means the actual performance of the practice by an individual.
(sec.10-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , it is immaterial whether the individual is carrying out the practice in the capacity of an agent or employee.
