### sec.58 Proceedings A proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, could have been started by or against the former Trust within a particular period may be started by or against the council within the period. A proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, had not ended and to which the former Trust was a party may be continued and finished by or against the council as if the council were a party to the proceeding. (sec.58-ssec.1) A proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, could have been started by or against the former Trust within a particular period may be started by or against the council within the period. (sec.58-ssec.2) A proceeding that, immediately before the commencement, had not ended and to which the former Trust was a party may be continued and finished by or against the council as if the council were a party to the proceeding.
