### sec.49 Application of local laws within Anzac Square
A local law made by Brisbane City Council applies within Anzac Square subject to subsection (3) .
A regulation may provide that a stated local law made by Brisbane City Council does not apply, or applies with stated changes, within Anzac Square.
If a regulation provides that a stated local law made by Brisbane City Council does not apply, or applies with stated changes, within Anzac Square, the local law does not apply, or applies with the stated changes, within Anzac Square.
(sec.49-ssec.1) A local law made by Brisbane City Council applies within Anzac Square subject to subsection (3) .
(sec.49-ssec.2) A regulation may provide that a stated local law made by Brisbane City Council does not apply, or applies with stated changes, within Anzac Square.
(sec.49-ssec.3) If a regulation provides that a stated local law made by Brisbane City Council does not apply, or applies with stated changes, within Anzac Square, the local law does not apply, or applies with the stated changes, within Anzac Square.
