### sec.47 Register of reserves
If asked by the council, the chief executive of the department in which the Land Act 1994 is administered, or other person responsible for keeping the register of reserves under that Act, must, and without charge—
register the council as the trustee of Anzac Square reserve in the register of reserves; and
make any other necessary changes to the land registry kept under that Act.
The council must comply with any relevant procedures required by the chief executive for the purposes of this section.
