### sec.40 Minister may ask council to carry out review
If the Minister considers it appropriate, the Minister may ask the council—
to carry out a review of a matter relevant to the council’s functions; and
to give the Minister a written report about the matter after completing the review.
The council must comply with the Minister’s request.
The report may provide particulars about the outcome of the review and the council’s recommendations including, for example, a recommendation to change the council’s functions.
The Minister may publish the report in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
(sec.40-ssec.1) If the Minister considers it appropriate, the Minister may ask the council— to carry out a review of a matter relevant to the council’s functions; and to give the Minister a written report about the matter after completing the review.
(sec.40-ssec.2) The council must comply with the Minister’s request.
(sec.40-ssec.3) The report may provide particulars about the outcome of the review and the council’s recommendations including, for example, a recommendation to change the council’s functions.
