### sec.39A Excluded matters for Corporations legislation
QUT Alumni is declared to be an excluded matter for the Corporations Act , section 5F , in relation to parts 5.7 and 5 .7B of that Act.
The student guild is declared to be an excluded matter for the Corporations Act , section 5F , in relation to the provisions of that Act for which a statutory body within the meaning of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 is declared to be an excluded matter under section 13A of that Act.
