### sec.34 Establishment of student guild The Queensland University of Technology Student Guild is established. The student guild— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (sec.34-ssec.1) The Queensland University of Technology Student Guild is established.
