### sec.9 Custody of official seal of Corporation The official seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the chief executive and may be affixed by the chief executive or by any other person authorised in that behalf by the Corporation. An authorisation for the purposes of subsection (1) shall be in writing under the official seal of the Corporation.
