### sec.37 Fees and commissions
The Corporation may charge any statutory body or any person any commissions, fees or charges in respect of the entering into of financial arrangements or otherwise carrying out its functions under this Act.
The Corporation may pay moneys by way of commission or fees in respect of the entering into of financial arrangements or otherwise carrying out its functions, notwithstanding any Act to the contrary.
