### sec.27 Notice of trusts not to be received Unless the Corporation otherwise expressly agrees in writing in a particular case, the Corporation and persons acting on its behalf— shall not receive and shall be deemed to have not received notice of any trust (express, implied or constructive) in relation to any financial arrangements entered into by the Corporation; and shall not be bound to see to the execution of any trust that may affect such financial arrangements. - (a) shall not receive and shall be deemed to have not received notice of any trust (express, implied or constructive) in relation to any financial arrangements entered into by the Corporation; and - (b) shall not be bound to see to the execution of any trust that may affect such financial arrangements.
