### sec.16 Objectives of Corporation
The objectives of the Corporation shall be—
to act as a financial institution for the benefit of and the provision of financial resources and services to statutory bodies and the State; and
to enhance the financial position of the Corporation, other statutory bodies and the State; and
to enter into and perform financial and other arrangements that in the opinion of the Corporation have as their objective either—
the advancement of the financial interests of the State; or
the development of the State or any part thereof; or
the benefit of persons or classes of persons resident in or having or likely to have an association with Queensland.
- (a) to act as a financial institution for the benefit of and the provision of financial resources and services to statutory bodies and the State; and
- (b) to enhance the financial position of the Corporation, other statutory bodies and the State; and
- (c) to enter into and perform financial and other arrangements that in the opinion of the Corporation have as their objective either— (i) the advancement of the financial interests of the State; or (ii) the development of the State or any part thereof; or (iii) the benefit of persons or classes of persons resident in or having or likely to have an association with Queensland.
