### sec.13 Secondment of staff The Corporation may with the approval of the Governor in Council second the officers and employees of any statutory body for the purpose of carrying into effect and implementing the terms of any financial arrangement or other arrangement entered into or to be entered into by the Corporation and such secondment shall have effect in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any other Act. s 13 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
