### sec.11 Appointment of officers and employees The Corporation may appoint such and so many officers and employees as it thinks necessary for the effectual administration of the Corporation. Appointment of officers and employees under subsection (1) may be made in accordance with the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 11 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 ; 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 ; 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.11-ssec.1) The Corporation may appoint such and so many officers and employees as it thinks necessary for the effectual administration of the Corporation.
