### sec.95 Planning and Environment Court may make declarations The authority may bring a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court for a declaration about— a matter done, to be done or that should have been done for this Act; or the interpretation of this Act; or the lawfulness of land use or development— for a declared project; or in a reconstruction area.
