### sec.91 New instruments can not affect existing development approval This section applies if— a development approval exists for premises; and after the approval is given, a new development scheme or amendment of a development scheme commences. To the extent the approval has not lapsed, neither the development scheme nor the amendment can stop or further regulate the development, or otherwise affect the approval. s 91 amd 2016 No. 27 s 415 (sec.91-ssec.1) This section applies if— a development approval exists for premises; and after the approval is given, a new development scheme or amendment of a development scheme commences.
