### sec.81 Assessment of change applications This section applies to a relevant application that is a change application. The responsible entity for the application must assess the application against the development scheme. This section does not limit the Planning Act , sections 81 , 81A and 82 . In this section, a reference to the development scheme is a reference to the development scheme in effect when the application was made. However, the responsible entity for the application may give the weight the entity considers is appropriate, in the circumstances, to any amendment or replacement of the development scheme that came into effect after the application was made. s 81 sub 2016 No. 27 s 412 amd 2019 No. 11 s 231 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.81-ssec.1) This section applies to a relevant application that is a change application.
