### sec.75 Notice of development scheme
The authority must, as soon as practicable after the development scheme takes effect—
publish the scheme on its website; and
publish, at least once in a newspaper circulating in the area to which the development scheme applies, a notice stating that—
the scheme has been approved; and
the scheme may be inspected on the authority’s website; and
give each person who made a submission received within the submission period about the scheme a notice stating that—
the scheme has been approved; and
the authority’s report about the scheme can be inspected on its website.
