### sec.62 Authority may make development scheme Subject to the other provisions of this division, the authority may make a development scheme for a declared project, a reconstruction area or part of a reconstruction area. The development scheme is a statutory instrument under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 and has the force of law as provided for under this Act.
